This project is called "The Gamble House Pool Table".    this project was documented 29 years ago, when I was commissioned to design and create a conference table, for The Gamble House in Pasadena, Ca. I was allowed to go into the Gamble House during closed hours to document the dinning table and overhead chandelier, as well as two other cabinets. I was in heaven, I thought, so a conference table was designed to match the dinning table details down to every joint and mortise and tenon. This was a very fun project for someone that loves design engineering furniture. This pool table by the way never existed as well as the conference table...  I did use a similar base structure..
